Product License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and ELIWA PROJECT CONTROLS LIMITED, trading as PMMilestone ("Licensor") for the digital product "1600+ Woodworking Plans Bundle" (the "Product").

1. Grant of License

Upon your purchase of the Product, the Licensor grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the woodworking plans contained within the Product.

2. Permitted Uses

You MAY:

• Download and store the digital files on your personal devices (computer, tablet, etc.).
• Print copies of the plans for your own personal use in building the projects.
• Use the plans to create an unlimited number of physical items for personal use or as gifts.

3. Prohibited Uses

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, share, or give away the digital files of the plans, in whole or in part.
• Post the digital plans on any website, forum, or other public or private network.
• Use the plans to mass-produce items for commercial sale without express written permission from the Licensor.
• Modify or create derivative works from the plans for the purpose of resale or distribution.

4. Ownership

The Licensor retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the Product. This license grants you the right to use the plans, but it does not transfer ownership.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination, you shall cease all use and destroy all copies of the Product.
