This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and ELIWA PROJECT CONTROLS LIMITED ("Company"), governing your use of the 1,600+ Step-by-Step Woodworking Plans (the "Licensed Material").
The "Golden Rule" of this License:
You are encouraged to build and sell as many physical items as you wish using our plans. However, you are strictly forbidden from reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital plans themselves.
1. Grant of License
Upon payment of the license fee, Company grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Licensed Material in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
Under this license, you are permitted to:
- Build Physical Products: You may use the plans to build an unlimited number of physical items for personal use, gifts, or commercial sale (e.g., selling furniture at craft fairs, on Etsy, or via your own local business).
- Modify Plans for Construction: You may modify the plans to suit your specific physical build requirements (adjusting dimensions, wood types, or finishes).
- Personal Archives: You may store the digital files on your personal devices (computers, tablets, phones) and print hard copies for use in your personal workshop.
3. Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from the following (The "Anti-Piracy" Clause):
- Digital Redistribution: You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or give away the digital PDF files or any portion of the plans.
- Commercial Plan Sales: You may not sell the modified or original plans as your own digital products.
- Public Display: You may not upload the plans to public websites, file-sharing services, or social media groups.
- Membership Sharing: You may not share your member portal login credentials with others.
4. Ownership & Copyright
The Licensed Material is the intellectual property of ELIWA PROJECT CONTROLS LIMITED. This license does not transfer ownership of the copyrights to you. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Company.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Licensed Material is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for absolute precision, woodworking results depend on individual skill, tool quality, and material selection. Company does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for errors in your final physical build.
6. Limitation of Liability
Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the plans or the construction of items based on the plans. Woodworking is inherently dangerous; always prioritize safety and follow manufacturer instructions for all tools.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement (specifically Section 3). Upon termination, you must delete all digital copies of the Licensed Material.
